Pizza Shack — Restaurant in Richibucto

Responsible human beings beware, in this establishment the pandemic doesn't exist. Staff work mask-free and encourage others to ignore public health measures who are legally currently in place. Owners are the type of people who like to honk horns for days in downtown Ottawa.. As someone who ordered food from there for the first time today, I wish I would have been warned ahead of time so that I would know who I would be supporting. I never would have wasted my time and money.

We live in a retirement community. Their customers, like my 77-year old grand father who only eats pizza if its from Pizza Shack, are the most at-risk of dying from COVID-19. I was disgusted at such a disregard for members of their community, their family and their friends.

There is better pizza out there folks, and also better fried food. According to their FB page, their fryer's broken half the time anyways so you might as well just go...

We started with the Saint Louis location yesterday and they only had 2 wing sauces and closed at 7pm on a Saturday during the Montreal/Toronto game. Then contacted the location in Richibucto as someone had told us about their natchos. Ordered 2 different style of Natchos and both were overcooked and sauce was terrible. No oignions, green peppers just chips with chicken and donair meat loaded with cheese on the top so when you tried getting at the chips in the bottome you had just chips. This reminded me of when I was younger and came home after a night of drinking and attempted to make my own. The entire $$30 went in the garbage. Stick to what you do best which is Pizza's and nothing else. Terrible Natcho's and hours...

Love this 1st star/pizza shack. The newest female owners are very hard working and the store has expanded it inventory. They have almost anything you’re looking for from ice-cream cakes to scarves & purses to tobacco items. Always friendly service and delicious take-out menu. It’s nice to see this business...
