Wow Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Richibucto

My recent experience at Wow Chicken in Richiboucto left me pleasantly surprised. I decided to dive into their S1 super value meal, a tantalizing mix of chicken, spring rolls, spaghetti, and a burger. The flavors instantly transported me back to the reminiscent taste of Jollibee Fast Food in the Philippines, a connection that’s truly global.

However, my dining experience wasn’t without its quirks. The chicken, though flavorful, suffered from a slightly burnt breading and seemed almost rushed in its preparation, possibly due to the bustling crowd on their second day of opening. Yet, understanding the challenges of a new establishment, I appreciate the effort.

On a positive note, the separately ordered Palabok was a highlight, delivering a taste that didn’t disappoint. The ambiance and variety in the menu show great promise for Wow Chicken. My feedback, including the observations on the breading and cooking, is intended to be constructive, as I believe they have the potential for continuous improvement.

I plan to return, eager to witness their growth and hoping for a smoother dining experience next time. Wow Chicken has left a positive impression, and I look forward to seeing how they evolve...

First time I placed an order here and the absolute last. Waited 35 min for a 3piece chicken meal is what counter person told me was a (C3) . I asked for pop coleslaw and gravy with fries.

After 2 other large order were placed by other customers after me they got their order before I did.

I finally got my order and it was take out.

The fries weren't too bad but the chicken was very undercooked and tasted like old oil. Never stopping...

Not impressed. Will start by saying the staff and atmosphere was amazing. Problem is with food and portions. Portions sizes are very small. The one thing that will stop me from going again is the fact they only have dark meat. (NO white meat, ribs, breast and wings are not on the menu). Paid over 85$ for 20 pcs of chicken 4 small portions of rice, gravy and corn. Chicken was good but not out of this world. See photo for large...
