Came to order breakfast before my flight and saw a genuine act of kindness. The woman behind the counter went out of her way to assist another customer in a wheelchair to move the table chairs out of the way so they could sit at the table and enjoy breakfast. Poor customer service. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and asked that they have one be on whole wheat bread instead of English muffin and they refused. “No changes.” We would have even paid $1 extra, but apparently it’s impossible for them to use bread, even though they had a loaf right there. I would think a couple pieces of bread wouldn’t cost more than an English muffin so I don’t understand...

Staff have bad attitude. They angrily shout out customer numbers when food is ready. I paid $9 for modest ham & Swiss with chips. I was told they were out of chips so I asked for a substitute & amazingly a crate of bags of chips appeared & was rudely thrown onto the counter. The sandwich was ok but worth only $6 at most. Rude service left...
