Quiznos — Restaurant in Richmond

I would give it a 0 if I could, I am not sure how this place has a 4 star rating! I guess people never tried better sandwiches in their life... This is not the Quiznos that I grew up loving, it's a joke. I ordered their Mesquite Chicken sandwich and it was absolutely awful! The sandwich tasted like a cardboard, it literally had no smell nor taste to it. The chicken pieces looked like a spongy, weird looking tofu due to being heavily processed. I was disgusted and couldn't eat my lunch. I am embarrassed on their behalf for even trying to serve this garbage food to people. Now it makes sense why not that many locations...

Recently, it's under new management. although the staff are friendly, coupon cards aren't acknowledged. I was given a Buy 6 get one Free card, and then when I went to get a stamp , I was told "this doesn't apply to the daily deals."
