In the middle of December I had lunch at the Queensbourgh landing location. It took more than five minutes to be greeted at the door. The person who seated us wasn't in uniform and was wearing a winter coat. So it was hard to even tell he worked for Boston pizza. This is one of our families favorite restaurants. We always go to the Granview location. Since we love BP we bought a fifty dollar Gift certificate ( 10 bonus included). Once we were sat it took the server more than five minutes to acknowledge us. There were only two other two tops so service should have been better. When we purchased the Gift card he told us that he had to do a separate transaction. We were fine with that and I even asked if it was activated and he assured me it was. He said they were having problems with their Wi-Fi. So it took several different hand held terminals before our transactions went through. I'm very disappointed not only with the service but with buying a GC that wasn't activated. The location did not seem to concerned about the card not being activated. So I'm out $50. I feel this is unacceptable and I would like to be compensated for this purchase. I have the transaction records from my bank. Also when I went to pay with the GC I was told there was nothing on the card. Very embarrassing since we were paying the bill for our family. Waited 20 minutes to get a drink order in. We asked for water 3 times and none came. Cocktail was so unbalanced and tasted like pure sugar. I t then asked for soda water so I could water the sugar down ….. 15 min later we paid our bill and left. The server was def on something as she wasn’t with the program or planet earth. When I returned with the pizzas the kitchen refused to remake one as they said half was already ate not true (as you can see) 3 pieces where gone due to my 3&11 year old.
