I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about my recent experience at your establishment on 01/30 2025 Unfortunately, my visit was highly disappointing, and I believe the service provided fell well below acceptable standards. I would like to outline the specific issues I encountered:
Incorrect Location on Google Maps: I followed the address listed on Google Maps to find your location, but the directions were unclear and led me to a wrong place. This caused a great deal of confusion and inconvenience. Unprofessional Reception: Upon arrival at your reception, I was met with a cold and dismissive attitude from the staff. I was rushed through the check-in process, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Shortened Massage Duration: I had booked a 50-minute massage, but the session lasted only 38 minutes. I entered the treatment room at 17 minutes past the hour, yet the session concluded well before the full 50 minutes. This is unacceptable for the price I paid. Incorrect Therapist Assignment: Despite confirming several times that I wanted a female therapist, I was assigned a male therapist. When I raised this concern, the staff insisted that the male therapist was actually female, which was untrue. This lack of proper communication and attention to detail is disappointing. Rude and Unprofessional Behavior During the Session: Throughout the massage, there was no effort to engage with me or provide any form of customer service. The therapist maintained a cold demeanor, with no attempt at friendly communication or professional care. Harassment After Google Review: After I left a negative review on Google, I received multiple phone calls and text messages from your team. The staff seemed intent on questioning why I gave a low rating, even claiming they had looked up my insurance details. This kind of harassment is completely inappropriate, and I find it extremely unprofessional.
