I remember living in Rimouski and experiencing much better food there. It seems like they cut corners and you need to share your bread with your party and there is also no prepackaged jam and butters - they package jam themselves with small takeout plastic containers made for sauce or mayos. Found Chez Oeufs on a Google Maps. The staff was friendly and expeditious in getting us seated. The atmosphere has a essence of whimsy about that I found refreshing. Loved the light fixtures resembling cracked eggs.
