Called an hour before arriving. Couple of rooms available. Arrived but room had been promised to someone else. Left us stranded without a room at the last minute. Asked for payment in cash only. Wasted time stopping at ATM unecessarily. Busy of course given all the tourists but not good business to promise a room and then release out...
