Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Riverview

Friendly staff, clean restaurant. I like ordering food there. My only issue is the bagel BELT. Man, it's like they didn't toast the bagel, it was floppy. Lettuce was just sad. Plus they didn't customize it how I asked.

I went there so I couldn't have to cook anything but the sandwich was so awful, I threw it out and made a grilled cheese sandwich instead.

*I went back today and it was an ordeal trying to order a classic bagel with cream cheese combo. The picture shows an everything bagel so I asked for a plain bagel instead.

It apparently blew everyone's minds because they couldn't figure out what I meant by "plain bagel". They asked if I wanted it untoasted, if I wanted no cream cheese or butter.... I told them I wanted cream cheese (as per the combo) but without all that stuff on it (pointing to the menu).

In the end I got home, only to see I got a plain bagel without butter or cream cheese. Just a dry toasted bagel. Like seriously, lovely. I hate to complain about people in the service industry but this was silly. How do you work at Tim Hortons and not know anything...

I'm very disappointed lately in the past five weeks with Tim Hortons. I go there looking for an extra large dark roast with one sugar. I received coffees all the time that have more than one sugar and sometimes my dark roast taste like swamp water it's really gross I don't know what's going on. But I must mention that you need to recalibrate your machine more often at least every 4 hours. Do you realize how much how many times that dispenser button gets pushed in a run of 4 hours or even in a day that definitely needs to be solved I've had to return at least for coffees in the past 3 weeks and I do not get any, Coffey promises is crazy I am soon going to stop going there I don't like their food I only like their coffee and I can't even get that done right...

I walked inside to an open cash to order, and no one came to take my order, no one acknowledged me nothing! They did see me waiting but no one comes or says anything as to which cash i should be standing at. However, another customer walked in gets served right away, AT THE OTHER CASH. The worker knew her order so she was a regular. I turned around and spoke up and politely said, i was waiting. The worker was so rude no apologies nothing so I was short with her. Then she tried to be as nice as pie to me, don't try that with me hunny. I was not rude to you until you barked and snapped at me when I asked you a polite question as to where I had to wait to pick up my order because I obviously didn't know you had to know the worker to get...
