I wasn’t sure if I should right a review of my recent experience, but after having a similar experience as others with no evidence of an attempt to make improvements by the owner I feel obligated.
My work requires me to stay in hotels for 2-3 weeks at a time so I thought that it was great to have a BP conveniently located and because of this my plan was to give them the majority of my business. Unfortunately I have never had poorer service and the worst meal in memory. Upon arrival the waitress seemed disinterested and when I asked her about a specific item, she responded with “I have no idea”. I subsequently ordered the BP version of a beef dip and when it arrived it was obviously over cooked, but not a biggie! What was a biggie was the fact that the meat was so tough I couldn’t chew it and gave up halfway through my meal. Furthermore the waitress never followed up with me after delivering the meal, so I had to leave my table to track one down. When I pointed out that I couldn’t finish my meal, there was no response from the waitress, so I asked to speak to the manager who although agreed to take the meal off the bill, she was defensive to the point of being confrontational with no apology for my experience. I recently dined at Boston Pizza, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant being relatively quiet during our visit at 2:30 PM, the service fell short of expectations.
The food, while not exceptional, was decent. However, the real letdown was the service. Despite the low number of occupied tables, our server was noticeably absent for extended periods. After finishing our meal, we waited over 20 minutes for someone to clear our plates, and an additional 10 minutes passed before we received our bills.
This lack of attention, especially during a slow period, was disappointing and impacted the overall enjoyment of our meal. It's disheartening to leave a negative review, but I believe honest feedback is essential for improvement.
I hope this serves as constructive criticism, and I hope future diners have a more positive experience. Despite this, I appreciate the effort put into the food quality and hope that the service aspect can be addressed for a more well-rounded...
Read moreI don't know how this place still runs and gets service. My wife calls asking ahead if we can still order food after we double checked the opening times. We're good till 1130 for last call. So I call back right away to order at 11 and they are telling me they are closing for maintenance early.... so i call them out saying they told my wife last call at 1130 and im being told a couple min later your closing early. who does maintenance at 11 at night instead of the morning before opening time. It's bad enough 50 percent of our orders are messed up and missing stuff or wrong food. If the manager doesn't want to work the regular work hours and close down early why bother having them on the job if you cant honor your work hours. The managers seem to be the biggest problem in that place from what I hear around town to. The owners of this place need a complete re amp of staff and quality check if they are to keep this...
