Service is quick, i guess? They will heavily prioritize the drive thru, make you the most pathetic and not worth the overpriced farmers wrap imaginable and give you a bitter smile on the way out. I recall waiting over an hour for a chicken and rice wrap which they "were out of chicken," "were out of rice" and basically all i got was a sauce wrap for 7 dollars. I still get angry thinking about it.

The donuts are crusty af, sometimes ill go in and see flies or wasps crawling on them in the summer time and its horrifying. Theyll be slightly stale and at this point im only buying for the cream and icing. If i could get that stuff by itself id drop those atrocities immediately.

Their coffee is also a 50% gamble, but thats like 80% of this store. It really depends on who is working there. The turn over rates must be crazy.

Also everytime i go in theres some kind of BO smell hidden thinly under the veils of hot food. Very, VERY gross.

For such a shitty experience and near restaurant prices for the tiniest, most pathetic tasting service i truly feel sorry for fellow tim hortons addicts. We...

I am an employee, although I will try to be unbiased. True,there maybe a wait,this is dependent on what people are ordering. If the 3 vehicles ahead of you are ordering a variety of lattes,grilled bacon and cheese melts,flavoured ice coffees or anything with shots of expresso,in which case,it's going to be a longer wait then if everyone is ordering a chocolate crossiant and a xlg dbl dbl. We honestly do our best to get you thru as quickly as possible with friendly,efficient and quality service. And at times It's extremely difficultto hear through the headset with the noise of other employees around us as well as vehicle noises around the drive thru customer and some of us do have difficulties hearing, so please be patient and understand that it's in our best interests to get you thru quickly. If there were negative stars available we’d give this place those, as this Tim Hortons is by far the most revolting location we have ever visited. Firstly, the bathrooms were filthy. Garbage overflowing, mirror looked like it had been cleaned with dirty mop water, floors covered with mud. When we mentioned this to the staff the supervisor smiled it off and cited staffing issues. No one actually went to clean it. Additionally, they were out of everything we wanted to order. Chili - we don’t have it. Steak wrap - we are out of steak. Ice coffee - we don’t have that either. The cilantro lime chicken bowl we did get tasted like vomit. And no wonder as the food prep area was also filthy with food strewn about everywhere - counters floor etc. Do yourselves a favor and skip this location unless you want to risk...
