Lovely restaurant that exceeded my dining expectations while traveling through town. It was great to see some Korean food options outside of a large metropolitan center. They also were very accommodating of our children and of allergies. Another local restaurant refused service due to allergies, so it was a relief. My children very much enjoyed the fish and chips and the spaghetti. I ate the beef bulgogi and the flavour was great, similar to what I've had at Korean specialty restaurants. However I would advise that the portions are extremely generous and despite being ravenously hungry I couldn't come close to finishing. I would recommend the chef reduce this portion size or offer a small and large option for this dish. Maybe just serve with rice and omit the thin noodles (it's a bit of a busy dish), it's just too much food for one average person. I was hoping to try the dessert menu but I'm far too full for that Today. Definitely check this place out if you are visiting Rocky Mountain House and want something that isn't a boring big chain restaurant.

My family stopped by on our way thru town and boy were we blown away! The staff was super nice and patient with my 3 kids. Ms. Kim was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was incredible and I wish I could have gone back every day for a week. I had the carbonara which is right up my alley because I love pasta and mushrooms. I cleaned my plate. I only with I could have tried some of the Korean dishes. My wife had a pasta dish that had a balsamic drizzle and she had great things to say about it. We also shared a crème brûlée with berries and everyone enjoyed it to finish off our amazing meal! There was live music and the other customers were extremely nice to us. Even when my 3 year old was having a meltdown over not getting to have milk with his dinner and refusing to choose another drink. If we ever come back through Rocky Mountain House we will be eating here!

My server was Alyssa and she was incredibly sweet and attentive. It was a very cozy and intimate setting that would be perfect for a date night. I ordered the Osam Bulgogi- tender pork belly and more in a spicy and sweet sauce. An incredibly delicious dish that paired perfectly with the slightly sticky rice. Flavours as well as each ingredient were well-balanced. Dish portion was very generous. I just wish it came with slightly more rice to sop up the divine sauce! The price is a bit higher but is more than worth it for the high quality and large portion. Easily one of the best Korean dishes I have ever eaten. I'll be sad to leave Rocky Mountain House knowing I'll be leaving this gem of a restaurant behind.

I came for the Italian, stayed for the bolognese ★★★★★ I've been told that when in Rome, you do as the Romans do. But what do you do when you're in Rocky Mountain House, and you're at an Italian-Korean fusion restaurant? Apparently, you eat the most delicious and confusing meal of your life. And you give it five stars. I'll admit, my initial thought was that this place was some sort of existential crisis in restaurant form. Italian and Korean? What kind of chaotic good is that? But I'm a risk-taker (I once chose the mystery flavour of lollipop), so I went for it. I ordered the beef bolognese and the dumplings, because I like my food to have a geographical identity crisis as well. This isn't just bolognese. It's a hug in a bowl, a taste of nonna's kitchen (even though I'm pretty sure a Korean family runs this place, which is frankly a delightful paradox). The beef is so tender, the sauce so rich and flavourful, that for a brief, beautiful moment, all my worldly troubles faded away. My student loan debt? Gone. That awkward thing I said to a stranger three years ago? Erased. The portion size was so generous I'm now a contender for a power-lifting competition. I initially felt guilty for eating so much, but then I remembered that flavour this good is a blessing, and who am I to deny a blessing? If you're looking for a sign to treat yourself, this is it. Don't walk, run. And maybe bring a friend to help you carry your new stomach full of joy. The service was so attentive, I felt like I was being watched by a team of highly-trained, exceptionally friendly spies. They anticipated my every need—more water, more napkins, more existential-crisis-comfort-food—without me even having to ask. So, if you ever find yourself in Rocky Mountain House wondering what to do with your life, go to Cucina. You'll leave full, satisfied, and with a newfound appreciation for the beautiful madness that is...

Oh my goodness, let me tell you about our recent experience at Cucina Restaurant in Rocky Mountain House. We decided to try their Chicken Scalopini, and boy, was it absolutely fantastic! The flavors were out of this world, and every bite was like a little piece of heaven.

But let me not forget to mention the service. It was truly top-notch. The staff at Cucina Restaurant knows how to make you feel like royalty. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly hello. The waitstaff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Now, let's talk about the atmosphere. It was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening out. The dim lighting and soothing background music created a lovely ambiance that made us feel right at home. We could have stayed there for hours, enjoying the company and the delicious food.

Overall, our experience at Cucina Restaurant was exceptional. The Chicken Scalopini was a true masterpiece, and the service was terrific. If you're in Rocky Mountain House and craving a mouthwatering meal, make sure to pay a visit to Cucina Restaurant. Trust me, you won't be...

My husband brought me to Cucina because of a great experience he had in the past while spending time working in Rocky Mountain House. Well, tonight was even better! We had our 9 month old with us and the incredible owner Kimberly saw me holding her, trying to eat my dinner at the same time. Without missing a beat, she walked over with such great energy and held out her hands to hold our little girl. She said "Mama needs to eat!" She brought our babe on a tour around the restaurant, dancing and smiling, keeping her engaged so I could enjoy my delicious meal with hubby. She was amazing! She chatted with us about the restaurant and was so personable with such a warm energy. My husband asked her about their Kimchi and she told him she'd make him some from home and to call her when he wanted it! It's not often that you feel like family in a restaurant these days. Cucina is doing it right with their patrons. We'll share this story with many people to come and know that when we do we'll put a smile on their face the way Kimberly did ours! We will be back just as...
