We have been coming here for many years and absolutely LOVE their delicious food and desserts. Joey and Moira are absolute sweethearts and are fantastic with customers. Try their chicken cutlets with their daily fresh made rolls, lasagna, pizza, sausage salad, meatballs....guaranteed you will enjoy them....of course don't forget about their desserts!!! The pound cakes can be cut up and put in containers then kept in the fridge for 3 weeks without a problem. Biscottis are a must have with a cup of tea or coffee (great with milk too). Their cakes are also out of this world delicious (for a celebration or just to satisfy your craving,, you will be satisfied for sure). Thanks to all who bake and cook everything!!

As for some of the young girls serving, instead of criticizing their service, tell them right away (in a polite way) or even speak to the owner. They have to understand that a business runs well because of customers...

I had a very good experience at the Brossard one but this one seemed closer so I specially came from Montreal to get a cake and made sure to call to make sure they have it, the person on the phone confirmed they have it and I went there to have people at the shop tell me they don't have it!!! And the person I spoke too got interrupted by another service worker asking "what does she want?" As if I wasn't there! Very rude ! And then she continued by giving a lot of attitude and saying that they don't have it and that the person on the phone probably didn't understand in a very rude manner :( Please train your staff properly and make sure they understand what is asked over the phone! EXTREMELY disappointed once again! Ordered a fresh cake 5 days prior by phone and when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it. 2nd time it happens. When I was ordering by phone,the employee didn't even ask for my name or number? I had to remind HER to take my name and number down...... And then I was told that maybe I called the Lafrenaie in St-Leonard by accident ! Why would I do that? I live in Blainville! There was no apology and absolutely NO accountability for THEIR mistakes. They didn't even offer another cake or a discount or anything at all. I believe that all business owners should be accountable for their errors and make amends. After all the customer is the reason your business survives! Needless to say it is DEFINITELY the last time they have...
