Its not the staff fault i understand there is short staff. i understand that we may have to wait a little longuer to be served. But i dont understand how all the equipment can be broken at the same time? That we are not able to see our order on the screen. that 6 persons that orders behind me are served first. It was a complete chaos in there. We didnt have order numbers. about 20 people inside ordering 13 waiting and the drive throught full. Management is not doing much management. If you cant handle the pressure , you should plan in resonances.

Read moreWent with my family, terrible service. 1st of all there was no kleenex to wipe the disgusting tables, waited 10mins to ask for some without anyone showing up to talk to me, no cleaning services either to have clean tables. Went to the bathroom to get some (very bad quality paper towel as well). Then I went to order, still nobody there to serve. Manager fully busy barely managing the orders. Machine not printing receipts, didnt even give me a number. Waited about 1h to get my food. There was 4 ppl before me. Not very "fast food".
+Air dryer in the bathroom so weak....and as mentioned paper tower terrible...
Read moreI went there for breakfast, used the drive-through to place the order only to realize I didn't have my bankcard. I drove back home, got my card then returned there, the lady who took the order remembered exactly what I ordered initially which was great! My only problem is that it took over 20 minutes to get the food ready, I had to park my car in a designated area where they'd bring the food out to you. Why would it take a fast-food restaurant that long to get my order ready? It's not the first time this happened, it seems that the place is either understaffed or have slow workers.
