Disappointing Experience: Undercooked Food, Poor Service, and Unhygienic Staff

I've had consistently poor experiences at this restaurant. My chicken fingers are often cool in the middle, despite requesting fresh ones. The staff seems unwilling to correct their mistakes.

To make matters worse, I witnessed an elderly lady being taken advantage of. She ordered a poutine and milkshake, but received fries instead. When she pointed out the error, they tried charging her $7.99 for a new poutine rather than upgrading her fries.

Additionally, one staff member's constant nose-picking is alarming. It raises concerns about food hygiene.

Previous issues include watered-down drinks (pineapple mango and strawberry Julius).

I thought they might have had a bad day as I went through drive thru and had a large chocolate banana shake. It was the consistency of chocolate milk, no thickness to it at all. Went through again and received the same thing, very milky, no thickness at all that a shake should have. Both times were very little banana flavour and there were no little pieces of banana in it. I always in the past really enjoyed the banana plugging the straw every once in a while. This location has even served me reheated in the microwave cheese burgers. They had tried to scam me.

I paid for my order and it declined for an unknown reason despite having more than needed for this order.

Second time it goes through. Wait 5 minutes and they tried to get me to pay for it again, despite showing them that my order had gone through and showing them the charge on my bank account. Some guy tried to wave the decline sheet in my face and the girl that was trying to go along with him on it "but it declined" though it didn't.

Food was cold, ice cream was melted and just an unpleasant...
