Greco Pizza — Restaurant in Rothesay

Ordered 12 inch pizza and garlic fingers went to pick it up and noticed the girl who was working cash and taking the food out of the oven kept her same pair of gloves on while taking payments and not changing them while cutting and handling peoples orders. Could not find my order which was in front of her eyes. Get my home to discover no donair sauce in the box with the fingers....well they were not fingers...they were cut into slices like you would pizza....make a phine call the girl who answered the phone passes it off to a young man who clearly should not be handling customer complaints...asked a few different times for a supervisor to be told their manager is not in until tomorrow....ok well asked for the supervisor....GRECO has always been my go to when ordering pizza as it is a family favorite but never again from the Rothesay location would much rather travel to the Hickey road location in Saint John where they know what they are doing, are not ignorant and take the proper hygiene steps when preparing meals. This place is an embarrassment, it took 2 hours to get donairs and garlic fingers less than 5 km down the road, i called and placed a delivery order and waited an hour. Then called back. The kid on the phone( the kid on the phone was very good)said he was very sorry the last delivery took it. I said no problem just send it again. He said ok it will be about 20 minutes. I waited for another hour and a delivery guy showed up, screaming gibberish on the phone in my yard. I tried talking to him and he was screaming and all he’d say was 82 dollars. I gave him a 100$ bill and he got in his car, getting ready to leave and i said ill take my change please , he said no tip? I said i dont tip people with bad service and he handed me 15$. The worst part is that right from the top the business must not care.

Ordered a party pizza and large garlic fingers with an extra sauce online and it came to $60.01.

The amount of cheese on the pizza and the fingers is pathetic. You can see through all of it, and there isn't any where it should be on 10%.

Virtually no sauce to be found under the cheese.

Asked in the notes for olives and mushrooms on only 1/4 of the pizza instead of half.

Was told when I picked it up that they can't do that as a 'policy'.

Literally just DO IT.

What kind of policy goes out of their way to offer bad service?

I'm sick and tired of paying astronomical prices and receiving terrible products and intentionally poor service.

Get a grip. Will not be buying from here ever again, and will probably be avoiding Greco in the future because they obviously don't care about anything except profits at the direct expense of their customers.
