We've been loving Pomodori's since it opened. The food was always consistently top notch. We've shared it with friends, out-of-towners, have celebrated occasions, and ordered because of our Pomodori cravings. No matter what menu item we tried it was always yummy. Over the last few years however I've noticed changes. The ingredients are just as good but the final product has become inconsistent--sometimes the pizza is overdone until there's black on the crust--even part of the bottom. Removed 1 star today. I am ordering pizzas frequently there and today they refused to take my loyalty account because I used the no peeking card. That is not right since there are 2 different programs. I would understand if I won free pizza and they did not count but I won a free salad. Still paid for 2 pizzas. I'll keep it to a review of a minimum of 3 stars for now because they do have very good and tasty pizzas...
Read moreI've been a loyal customer since 2008 and I have every intention to keep it that way. The Pomodori pizza, particularly the 'Al Fresco', is the best pizza I've ever had in New Brunswick. I've hit a lot of wood-fired pizzerias in Toronto and have yet to find anything that I like as much (some are close, mind you). The only thing that I wish Pomodori would do is open a franchise in Fredericton. I'm 99% certain that it would be massively successful (my spending alone with all but guarantee success).
