deluxe French Fries — Restaurant in Rothesay

This restaurant is a disgrace to the Valley, I guess shame on me for holding higher standards for a restaurant in the Valley. Terrible service, orders are always wrong, whenever Irene is managing the store it seems always like total chaos, and the head office couldn't care less.

I called the head office to voice my concerns because it's getting a little bit ridiculous now it's pretty easy the whole concept of this business, as it's been around since I was a teenager. I think it has been around long enough to know better, but the owner, now the daughter, answers the head office phone with hello, so I had to ask if it was even Deluxe head office, she seemed bothered by the question, I'm not sure why is this a business number or your personal line? I had to tell her why I'm calling from an Ontario number before I was able to discuss what I was calling about. I didn't know businesses needed to know your cell phone package or even about my cell phone package, then she lets me know she's a little bit too busy because she's heading into a meeting and she doesn't have time to address my concerns at the moment WOW. I am a loyal customer here. I was in on May 6, and received horrible service from Amanda. I was clearly waiting in line and she served a customer that came in around 5 minutes after me. I must have looked frustrated because she said oh I didn't think you were waiting in line. What did she think I was doing? Standing there for fun? When she did wait on me she was rude and dismissive and kept saying " what" when I was speaking clearly. No apologies for her mistake, nothing. This person SHOULD not be in customer service. As long as she works there, I will never be back. I also intend to tell everyone. I'm very upset over this and I hope management makes things right. Fries overcooked, arrived 17 minutes before closing and was tolded to leave if it wasn't for take out when we got back to the car one of the workers came and got us and said we could dine in. We all ordered a 2 piece fish and chip dinner and was not allowed to finish our meals. We were kicked out by a young female employee with accent. Door was locked had to ask her to come and unlock it. Our Total meal was just under 50$ and didnt get to finish it ! Will NEVER Be back customer comes first! We were willing to go somewhere else for supper when they came and got us out us out of our car. This was uncalled for and head office will be called next!
