Disappointing food quality akin to a frozen meal out of a microwave. Massaman curry was quite sour, lack an aroma, with liquid consistency. The chicken within was bland and tasteless, and was likely added to the curry after heating it but wasn't cooked or marinated in the curry. Chunks of green beans were within the curry without any other vegetables, a rather eccentric choice. Again green beans were crunchy and bland, likely added to the curry afterwards rather than cooked in the curry. The only highlight of the store was that they carry some interesting Asian sauces that were difficult to find in other places. The price to quality ratio for the food is quite unfavorable. Sooo many good things to say about this place! The staff were ready to greet and help us right away as we entered. It was our first time so they gave each of us a small menu to read and we sat down to choose. Usually you go up to order there but they were nice enough to come to serve us and give us time to decide what to order. They were so generous they even gave us a complimentary appetizer. The food was delicious! Big portions and amazing tasting! So many options about how hot you want the food so we were each able to get the spice we wanted. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The family who runs it are very hospitable, welcoming and they make delicious food!! All sorts of dishes! Something for the whole family!!! It pains me to have to give a lower review, because I've typically loved Thai Pho and even consider it worth the drive from the city. When they introduced an online ordering system, I was stoked. However, when my wife went in to pick up our order they said they don't honour their loyalty cards for online orders or add extra sauce--those are reserved for in-person and phone call orders only .. in 2025.
