Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rural Municipality of Springfield

Absolutely brutal. Called ahead to see if we were in their delivery area. Put on hold girl says no problem. FYI 11 mins away . Says 33 to 35 mins. Ordered $62 worth of pizza, not a small order. She asks me to repeat Address as she says it back wrong , repeats back phone number wrong, I correct her. Delivery driver calls and asks for address, wrong Address, so I tell him correct address again, he calls back 10 mins later to confirm, I repeat address, again its 11 mins away and on google maps. 10 mins pass manager calls to tell me I am out of delivery area !!!!! Asks me if I want to cancel?? Really Ive been waiting an hour for dinner ! I say no I want you to deliver as promised. 15 mins later I get cold pizza NOT worth $62 !!! Pizza oven on Henderson delivers here !! 16 mins away , always hot and we tip well . NEVER again Oakbank pizza hut you have Lost a possibility biweekly large order customer. Update: the manager reached out to us and has made a very fair offer to us to make it right. I look forward to updating again when we take advantage of the offer and enjoy some hot fresh pizza.

I recently placed a large pizza order for a workplace of 25 people, well in advance, expecting timely delivery and hot food. Unfortunately, the order arrived over an hour late and the pizzas were cold. When phoning to get updates on the late delivery, we were told "15 minutes" repeatedly. We would have picked up the pizzas ourselves if we had known it would be so late. To make matters worse, the manager refused to speak with me or return my calls. Ok I love Pizza Hut. My favorite pizza. When this location opened I paid full price on two mediums forgetting to check out deals on the web only to find out some buddies got 5 for the same price I paid for 2. My fault, no worries. Those two had toppings galore excellent start. Got 2 personal pan yesterday and how hard is that size to put toppings on. Had next to nothing in toppings just crust and sauce and I paid $15 for 2 snack pizzas. Glad you’re here just don’t forget to put toppings on all sizes. After all, Pizza Hut charges premium prices.
