The food is quite good, but expensive for what you get. A note of caution: they don't seem to understand or care about the problems with taking way more orders than they can actually handle. Once we tried to order takeout on NYE and they gave us a totally unrealistic wait time. My husband showed up when it was supposed to be ready, and there was a crowd of people who had already been waiting a very long time for their takeout orders. The staff seemed unbothered by this and just kept saying, "5 more minutes" whenever they were asked about the order. After at least 45 mins of waiting, we had to cancel the order and resort to fast food to feed some really cranky, hungry kids. It's understandable that some occasions can be very busy, but it's not respectable to over-promise and under-deliver. They need to simply stop taking orders when they can no longer...

Ordered for mothers day at 5:50 and was told it wouldn't be ready until 7. It was mother's day so the delay wasn't unexpected. I showed up at 7 to be told that it wasn't started and would be another 15 minutes. I paid and decided to come back at 715. When I arrived, I stood in the line of irate customers who seemed to be in the same boat as me, only to be told it would be another 10 minutes.

It arrived around 730 but when I got home, somehow it was cold and dried out like it was old.

Maybe next time, they should stop taking orders if they are getting too busy. By the looks of the others who were also waiting, they lost a bunch of customers yesterday.

Ordered here for the first and last time tonight. Ordered food, when we arrived there was no one working at the counter, not a staff member in sight. After 20 minutes I called the restaurant and told them they had a bunch of people waiting to be served. He said he was busy and we'd have to wait. Then a lady came through the front door and went behind the counter and started serving the people waiting. When it was my turn, she handed me a bag of food that had been sitting on the counter the whole time I was waiting and when I paid she asked for a tip!
