I've been a regular at this Starbucks for the past 5 years. 4/19/23, get there between 2 /2:30pm. Wait for the girl at the counter to be done with the previous customer. It took her a while, no big deal. I ask for a white chocolate mocha no whip and a chocolate brownie. She puts my order in in under a minute. Hands me a cold brownie in an envelope, didnt offer to warm it, didnt warm it. When the co worker hands it back to her requests for it to be warmed up, she continues to deal with the next two customers. All the while giving me a look as to Why in hell am I there in the first place, as a customer, expecting any kind of service. Since the coworker notices me waiting for no reason, he warms it up for me. I don't know what she rang in my order as. But I reach home and find a glass of hot milk. No coffee. So I drive back and tell them about it. They talk amongst each other, make me a new cup. Nobody apologized or acknowledged their mistake. One staff working the front, one morr that I saw in the back. Told my order would take 5-10 minutes to prep (coffee box to go), so I left and came back 15 to 20 minutes later. Staff are friendly and efficient. I love the sou vide eggs to go with my coffee. With Covid 19, I have been very impressed with the diligence of staff in making sure that everyone who enters wears a mask. I have personally been turned back at the door when, in my absent minded state, forgot my mask in the car. I visit this location almost daily, and feel very safe. Cudos...
