I have orders here multiple times because of how convenient it is to campus. I’m going to be honest and say that the experience here isn’t as bad as the reviews state.

Sometimes the wait times are bad, especially around lunch time. But that is expected when there are like ten orders. Generally the wait is quite fair.

Quality of food is alright, I would like to think it’s better than fast food. Main menu items usually come with a side. Variety of food is standard.

The problem is the abhorrent management, who apparently cannot figure out how to run this joint without it being chronically short-staffed, out of supplies, or any other excuse the employees need to regurgitate when asked why they are constantly closed...

If you’re only ever gonna order wraps with fries or the noodles and rice, yeah it can be a bit lacklustre sometimes (still relatively good values compared to the outside).
