Mostly shaded with patchwork sunshine, it is a cool getaway on a hot summer day and a refreshing jaunt under showers on rainy days. The fern fringed, meandering, compressed dirt and mulch trail does dip and roll along Hobbs Creek, and there are stairs-this is a sloping gully-but there are stretches completely accessible to the adventuring person with moderate physical challenges. Even a wheel chair could venture through sections with some assistance. To sit and read or picnic for a time does not require excesses in mobility. This jaunt is a must do.
