Fener's Place — Restaurant in Sackville

Excellent. The greatest part about Fener's Place are the people who work there. By far the friendliest and most generous service I have experienced with frequent care and complimentary bottled water and even complimentary tea or coffee offered. The family that owns the restaurant is exceedingly friendly and kind. I've come here to eat or take-out five times now and the food has always been outstanding. The prices are far below what should be charged and the portions are generous and the food is filling. The atmosphere is sunny and warm during the day and the restaurant couldn't be better located in the downtown. The only thing I don't find consistent is the slow, relaxing piano music that is playing throughout the day which will make you want to fall asleep, especially for late-night dining which the restaurant is most popular for. We stopped here for an early supper one day based on the recommendation of a friend. The menu looked great so we tried a couple of items to share. We were not disappointed. Of course we ordered way too much but it was even great cold the next day. Everything we ate was delicious! My kids especially loved the garlic fingers!The owners are so friendly and helpful. Very good food. I had Luc’s Favorite, the dumplings and the Kurdish coffee. I particularly enjoyed the Kurdish coffee. The people working were friendly. I will be back next time I’m in Sackville.

EDIT(August 2024): Stopped by again for the honey garlic fingers and I have to say that they are the best garlic fingers I have ever had in my life. 10/10. The donair sauce is also to die for.
