Benny&Co. — Restaurant in Saguenay

Came in here accidentally looking for better options than burgers and fast food. Was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and variety of seating, all of which was clean and well maintained.

Service is fast casual, so after you order you get a beeper and seat yourself. When it got busy, at least you were seated with a drink.

Selection of food was reasonably priced and healthier options were available.

My only request is to have another menu that stays the same and doesn’t animate/switch displays. It is super annoying trying to translate a French menu into English in your head and then have it change mid read. Also not ideal for slow readers or the indecisive.

So disappointed! Went through the drive through and ordered for 45$ worth of food. We left a tip because it's a new business and encourage local openings. We asked twice if everything in our order was there and they mentioned that everything was. Once arrived at home, all our sauces were missing in our bags so we called back and ask to have a credit of even 5$ for our next order and they refused. They said they can have the driver come 20 minutes away to bring us our sauces which I found was a bit ridiculous since the whole family was already eating. Arrived at the location at 8:45 when the store was closing at 9pm. We were greeted as we entered and asked if our order was for takeout. We were in town for work and wanted to sit down and eat after working a long day. We asked if we could dine in and we're told we could if we can eat in 10 minutes. I was rather shocked by the response. If your buisness of open until 9. You should be accepting all orders done in or takeout until 9. This is what makes people chose another buisness.
