Resto Bar Le Stade — Restaurant in Saguenay

I am 32 years old and this is the first time I have EVER written a review online for anything. After walking through a sea of dirty dishes we were seated on the patio. It took a long time to order drinks and then the waitress took off without taking our food order. To her credit, she was clearly very busy as the restaurant was way understaffed. About 2 minutes after we ordered our food came. I ordered chicken skewers and rice and my husband had pizza. The chicken was so dry it crumbled on my plate and the vegetables so overcooked they were soggy. The pizza ended up in a puddle on my husband’s plate. The crust was soggy and paper thin, leaving the inch worth of cheap meat and cheese on top to slip off onto his plate. The waitress came asked if it was ok, and then did nothing to resolve it before bringing his plate in and leaving it on another table inside! When we did not leave a tip, the owner yelled at us in the middle of the restaurant! The food was terrible and the owner was even worse. I wish I could have given it less than one star. Expensive, dirty, and terrible food. There’s a McDonald’s next door that is cleaner, and has better food...

This is a great place to eat or have a drink. It is a sports bar and restaurant type of venue. I have eaten here many times and it has always been great. I had steak and frites. The steak was cooked properly. The fries are great. The service is always super friendly and fast. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. They have free parking. We had supper at this restaurant on Feb 10. I recommend...

Vraiment eu une mauvais expérience à ce restaurant. Premièrement, 2 clubs sandwich avec le poulet tellement sec que impossible de le manger, et le pain tellement dur que je n'ai pas manger non plus. Quand je fais la remarque à notre serveur, il dit que ses pas son probleme mais celui de la cuisine. Aussi, le service est tres lent, et nous devons demander les choses pour les avoirs (eau, condiments, facture) Ensuite, vient le temps de payer, le serveur vient me demander de lui donner plus de tips, que je n'avais pas laisser assez... je lui explique que le service n'a pas été super, et que ca reponse lors que je mensionne le poulet était bruler, que c'est pour cette raison que je n'ai pas donner plus. CEST À CE MOMENT que le serveur me chiale et m'envoye promener. Je demande de ravoir mon tip, car selon moi quelqun qui m'en promener comme ca ne mérite meme pas de tips... et il m'en voit encore promener en me sacrant apres. Je demande le gerant, et la situation est encore pire avec lui... il me cris par la tête dans le restaurant, il me sacre apres, et me dit de "criser mon camps". En bref, vraiment un mauvais service, et mauvaise cuisine, et n'encourager pas un proprietaire qui sacre et crie apres...
