McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint-Apollinaire

This is only for this McDonald's... Long line at the drive thru which I can accept BUT it was moving so slowly (didn't move for almost 2 minutes) that 3 cars before me left the line. There was (as is almost always the case at this McDonald's) an error in the order but this time was too much: my PROMO ITEM (chicken BLT McMuffin) had no bacon and no cheese in it! And they had made only 1 out of the 2 mcgriddles on my order. I'm fed up with this McDonald's, I'll drive the extra 15 minutes next time to go to another one... Which means I'll...

They were closing at 9:00 pm they had no sign up to say what time they were closing. The kitchen manager refused to take any more orders from people that were let in by customers leaving ,she was very impolite, our food was thrown in the bag for us to leave and we wanted to eat in ,we drove for 550 km and stopped to eat supper. When we left the parking lot was full of people who wanted to eat there ,there was at least 30 people . My 5 1/2 year old daughter even said they didn't put it in the bag nicely like the other...

We stopped for 2 black coffee 2 muffins and a fry. It took 21 min to be served. The coffee was poured and put on a serving rack not accessible to us. When we got our order we went right away to our car as we were now rushed to make our next appointment. In the car we noticed that the coffee were barely warm and got cold very quickly. I guess they need to prioritize their order inside and let the outside window (get longer than the people that took the time to come in). I guess I'll return to Tim Horton for my...
