For some reason I like their McFlurries. Bought 2 one for myself and one for another. First McDonalds use to stir their McFlurries so the smarties piece were mixed throughout of dessert. But mine the smarties were all on top so it was like eating a bag of just smarties and then having a bit of vanilla ice cream after. Next the other one was similar but a sâmores with all the candy on top but part way through the dessert my friend bit down on something that came out of the ice cream. It was a broken off piece of plastic from a cup cover so something. Yikes how disgusting. Then I started thinking what if that was off of something a worker was drinking or eating from and it fell into our dessert. Was mixed in. With Covid, RSV and now the mumps on the rise I would hate to think what one could catch from that. We had to throw our desserts out. Very disappointed with our McDonaldâs. You need to do better.
McDonaldâs contacted me and the manager was very pleasant and helpful at figuring out what happened. He also gave me back the money for the ice cream and a gift...
   Read moreHorrible drive thru this afternoon at 15:19:57. The girl at the window who did the money transaction was BEYOND rude. I only ordered two splash and an ICE coffee and she gave me a hot coffee. I told her I order an ICE coffee with milk. Not my fault it wasnât printed on the bill right. She spoke with such attitude, tone to me and complained to the supervisor who didnât say anything. Then she the girl slammed the window closed. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism anywhere. She needs PR training. Rather drive further away to another McDonalds.
Note, they do have nice employees, just NOT this one at the window...

Vendredi passĂ©, jâappelle pour savoir si on peut avoir le second modĂšle de verre offert Ă lâachat dâun trio, car jâavais dĂ©jĂ le 1er modĂšle (Barbie/Hotwheels). On me rĂ©pond gentillement que ça devra attendre Ă lundi en me confiant mĂȘme que ce serait le verre âSnoopyâ.
Hier 19 aoĂ»t 12:00, donc lundi, nouvelle semaine, je commande un trio pour avoir ce fameux verre Snoopy et on me dit Ă la borne (service au volant) « non dĂ©solĂ©, on doit finir de distribuer le modele Barbie ». Ce Ă quoi je rĂ©ponds, ânonâ, câest un modĂšle par semaine comme on me lâavait dit au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Je me rends aux fenĂȘtres et jâargumente en disant quâon mâavait bien signifiĂ© dâattendre Ă lundi. Le second Ă©quipier, embarrassĂ©, dit quâil va voir avec son manager (donc je comprends quâils ont des verres mais ne savent pas quoi faire) et revient en me disant âen fait, on ne les a pas encore reçusâ. đđđ. Ă la borne on me dit ânon, on ne peut pas encore car faut finir la premiĂšre batchâ et Ă la fenĂȘtre on me dit quâils ne les ont pas encore reçus. Si vous mentez, soyez cohĂ©rents au moins.
Finalement, je me rends au McDo de Saint-Basile et eux bizarrement les avait reçu et mâavait dit que oui, on donne le Barbie aussi mais pour ceux qui nâont pas eu la chance de lâavoir dĂ©jĂ sinon, on donne celui de la semaine qui est bien le snoopy.
Message au manager du McDo de Saint-Bruno (montarville), jâespĂšre que tu auras ton augmentation de 0,50$/mois pour avoir cheapĂ© dans les produits dĂ©rivĂ©s dâune multinationale qui tâexploite et enrichi ton franchisĂ© sans compter la frustration que tu causes Ă un client fidĂšle, je vais Ă©crire au siĂšge pour leur partager...
