It was my first time going to this restaurant in Saint Eustache

I ordered filet mignon without bacon and I received half on the meat with bacon. I called the waiter and told him that there was bacon on the meat he said ohhhhh just on one side, but I did order without bacon he didn’t say anything , I was waiting for him to say sorry I will get you another one , but no I said I’ll give it to my husband to eat he didn’t say anything and he left. I when to see the manager to let him know what happened, he said ohhh sorry he said he didn’t bring you another one. I said no but the manager also didn’t say i will get you another one . In the end the waiter came and said would you like to have dessert it’s on the house lol I said NO I didn’t eat any food wye should I have dessert. Decided to stop in at this location for takeout meal to treat myself after a long week. And despite the friendly staff, they seemed rather inattentive with regard to my order. Sadly, the meal also left me wanting… I gave two instructions to the waiter who took my order. No onions and no olives and when I got home there are large pieces of onions in the main meal and there are olives in the side dish. The taramasalata was salty and gooey and not edible.. The chicken skewer was overcooked and dry and the salad contained a ton of brown, aging lettuce and cabbage. It’s a shame to see a franchise that was once on top of the world when it came to Greek food, and one of the top rated restaurant chains in Montreal having slipped so far down the ladder.. Nous avons reçu un très mauvais service! Pour la fête d’anniversaire des 60 ans de ma mère nous avons fait une réservation pour 17:00. En arrivant nous voyons que deux tables qui étaient pour nous étaient séparées de loin! Ce qui ne fait aucun sens selon moi. Nous l'avons fait savoir à la serveur, qui n’était pas sympathique du tout. Elle dit rien et s’en va. On décide de rapprocher les tables nous même car aucune aide offerte. La serveuse était visiblement fâché de notre initiative alors elle va chercher son patron. Très enfantin comme attitude selon moi! Le patron nous dit que s’il avait fait cela à nos domiciles sur notre terrasse nous n’aurions pas aimé cela! Je comprends mais nous avions exprimé notre insatisfaction face à la configuration des tables et elle n’a rien fait.

À 17:10 les serveuses nous font savoir de façon assez rude que nous allions devoir quitter à 19:00 pille pour placer un autre groupe. Alors elles nous à peine laissé le temps de voir le menu, étaient TRÈS insistante pour prendre les commandes. En plus d’avoir un air bête assez désagréable. Lors de la réception des assiettes, si elles avaient pu nous les lancer sur la table pour accélérer le service elles l’auraient fait. La nourriture était correcte sans plus. Crevettes papillons à peine cuite! Assiettes retournées deux fois et tjs le même problème.

Disons qu’ils étaient à la presse et nous le sentions. À la fin vous avons demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un gâteau avec chandelle ou feux de Bengale, on nous dit oui. Mais ils on apporté le gâteau sans rien.. Nous avons redemandé encore une fois pour le recevoir après que ma mère ai mangé le premier gâteau, Très décevant. Nous ne nous sommes pas senti le bienvenue du tout et même stressé d’être là. Je vous déconseille fortement ce endroit du moins pour un groupe où anniversaire.
