Casa Grecque — Restaurant in Saint-Eustache

Unfortunately I have no choice to leave this review . I have not ordered for 2 years because of the mediocore food that was served at this location . I decided to give it a try 2 months ago . (April 2022) The food was outstanding, amazing, back to the delicious Casa Grecque that I use to know many years ago . Tonight (June 25 2022) it was absolutely horrible . I ordered the child fish meal for my child and I ordered it with salad , they gave us rice . The fish was dark brown , over crusted and over cooked as well as the rice . The rice was also dark reddish orange , extremely salty , definitely not fresh . We ordered 2 plates of porc tenderloin cooked medium . The porc tasted old and stringy .. The rice .. hard ^^ the potatoes were half cooked meaning my husband's plate had cooked potatoes while my plate had hard potatoes ... uncooked . (Gross) We ordered 9 butterfly shrimps . Again way over cooked , dark brown crusts that tasted like burnt toast . They wouldn't even peel from the shell and I had to use my hands ! They also put peppercorn sauce in the meal with my daughters fish and that was strange . Over all the meals were a disaster and once again I will not be ordering from that branch or any other Casa Grec for many years again . They ruined it for me personally . There is no point to call and complain even though I heard there were new owners . 2 Years ago I called to complain and the person just said ok and hung up . They should probably hire a kitchen supervisor to make sure the cook is keeping up to standards before they go and ruin the name of...

The food quality used to be much better (for delivery), but I was extremely disappointed tonight. Tonight we ordered delivery and I ordered the lamb chops, cooked to medium-well. What I got instead was blackened-charcoal ash lamb chops, way more than well-done - more like well-done-and-beyond. Out of the total 3 pieces of lamb, 2 were severely blackened, and 1 was burnt but more akin to a well-done (it was the only somewhat edible piece). I was shocked that the staff thought it would be acceptable to send out to a customer for a $30+ meal. My husband ordered salmon (which was actually the only decent thing we got) with a shrimp skewer and the shrimps were all undercooked and partially raw (and tasted not fresh) - he said he felt very nauseous and sick to his stomach afterwards (he did eat a few bites of the shrimp before he realized something was off...

Pour le souper de fête à ma blonde qui voulais manger du homard c'est un échec total. Pour commencé il fait froid dans le restaurant, la salade grec n'avait pas de salade seulement tomate piment rouge et vert olive et concombre avec une tranche de féta quand sur la photo du menu on en voit 2 gros.

Entré principal pour moi homard et steak et l'autre homard et poulet, dans les 2 cas tout était froid poulet trop cuit et sec et les hommards était entier mais couper en 2 avec au milieu pas de chair mais remplacer par du brocoli et choufleur gratiné. La chair étais dur et non mangeable. Après 10 minutes d'attente du serveur ou même du staff, j'ai décidé de courir après quelqu'un du staff il a fallu que je me rendre dans les cuisines et encore la j'avais spotter le boss que je lui ai couru après. Expliquation de la situation il nous a refait les assiettes au complet en moins de 20 min. car nous avons déjà attendu 45 minutes pour les première assiette froide. Super on peut manger! nous avons maintenant une moitié chaque de homard et non un homard complet, (erreur des cuisine la première fois il parait pour le homard entier). Donc la moitier de 1 homard avec du steak un pelleter de riz et carotte en canne à 29.99$ l'assiette ouf!. et de plus il était encore trop cuit entre temps un araignée descend du luminaire et descendait direct dans l'assiette de ma blonde elle la prit sur sa main la montrer au serveur et même nos voisin de table trouver sa assez weird.

Pour finir le tout nous avons rien mangé appart la pince de hommard ,fait emporter le riz et steak seulement et nous avons eu café et dessert gratuit que nous avons emportez aussi. À noter que j'ai quand même payer ma facture donner du pourboire au serveur qui n'était pas présent et qui me donne mon reçu en tournant les talons en voulant dire que je ne lui ai pas donner assez de tip.
