It seems that as times goes on, the quality and quantity is diminishing. I ordered the Stan shawarma and added extra chicken for a whopping 5$ extra. Unfortunately there was barely any meat at all. Going back to Amir EDIT: I just started eating the extra tabouleh for 5.99 and the parsley is cooked!🤮 what is going on ?? Cooked tabouleh 😂😂

Super small portion, barely any meat on it. I asked for beef, and I was charged beef and extra sauce. I paid 20 bucks for a small plate, and on top of that, not even what I ordered. Very disappointed. There was just another person there, so it was not like it was busy or something

Mon expérience au restaurant a été décevante. Le plat familial, composé de viande, poulet, riz, patates et salade, laissait à désirer. Les patates avaient un arrière-goût amer dû à l'ancienneté de l'huile. Malgré un coût de 90$ +/-, la quantité de viande était inférieure à celle d'un plat mixte individuel. Le service, bien que poli, a laissé à désirer en termes d'honnêteté ou peut-être de professionnalisme. J'aurais apprécié qu'on me montre le contenu de la boîte avant de la fermer, évitant ainsi toute déception après le paiement. L'ambiance du restaurant était propre et moderne, cependant, l'absence d'animation et le désintérêt du personnel ont contribué à une atmosphère fade. Le restaurant était pratiquement vide, et le personnel ne semblait pas intéressé à offrir une expérience agréable.

I am new to the area, but have been going to Boustan for 20 years. This one is one of the closest to the original on Crescent street. Customer service was AMAZING. I met Abdul who also happened to have worked at Boustan Crescent at some point, he was very experienced, very personable, and knew how to add those extra touches the food to make it extra amazing (he even made me try the spicy sauces which have finally gone back to the old original recipe)

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went there to pick up an order for Uber Eats and I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes while the staff completely ignored me. Even when I tried to ask about the order, they were rude and unprofessional. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for delivery drivers who are just doing their job.
