Beautiful location on this lovely street in the lovely Saint-Eustache. The outdoor seating is nice (not the seating, more of the location) and in the afternoon in summer I noticed I was in the shade, contrary to the cafes in front, which were not - a big plus. The owner (I guess she was) was very friendly, the other woman who served me as well. They are pretty zen like some other comments read. The coffee was ok, the baklawas were quite good (that's all I had, the owner seemed Irani so I guess that is their speciality). Some of the comments were right about the place not being properly set up and having more of a personality - it's true they could do better with it, but I guess it is what it is, and you have to enjoy it like it is. The interior was very drab and unwelcoming. Such a small space should not be too hard to decorate and make it feel cozy.
