It was my first visit to Pacini alongwith my colleague. Since we don't know French, we requested waitress to help us in selection of food and cocktail. For cocktail we wanted something which doesn't contain lime juice. But we ended up in drinking the lime juice in it on her recommendation. Finally at the time of bill payment, that waitress forced us to pay the tips. We were in no mood of paying the tip. But she started telling stories of Quebec govt for extortion of waiters money. She said if we don't pay tips, govt will still tax her and make her to pay some portion of our bill to exchequer. Just to stop her flimsy story, we paid the handsome tips. But later we realised, it was a extortion from us as we are new and we just got cheated. Will never visit to this restaurant again. Probably the waitress was interested in one time...

Serveuse sympathique, mais nous Ă©tions les oubliĂ©s. 25 minutes avant mĂȘme dâavoir de lâeau, aucun serveur/serveuse nâĂ©tait attitrĂ©e Ă notre table. Pourtant jâai rĂ©servĂ© pour 17h45. Nous nâavons pas pris dâentrĂ©e, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le repas, mais trĂšs huileux. Les desserts en petits contenants Ă©taient agrĂ©ables, mais ma niĂšce et moi, lâavons manger avec notre couteau Ă beurre, car la table Ă©tait plus ou moins desservie. Car la serveuse ne revenait pas avec des cuillĂšres.Nous demandons les factures, nous allons Ă la caisse sans les dites factures aprĂšs 15 minutes. Ă 19h30, nous y sommes presque. MAIS.
Petit accroc avec le gĂ©rant, car en attendant de payer et oui ça sâĂ©ternise. Des clients attendent pour entrer. Je discute en leur mentionnant, que câest bon, mais long, que nous avions Ă©tĂ© oubliĂ©, etc. Sur un ton dĂ©tachĂ©, sans plus, jusquâĂ ce que le gĂ©rant mâinterrompt sĂšchement, en disant quâil nâacceptait pas ça, la dame qui attendait lui rĂ©pond quâil Ă©tait pressĂ©, je ne me prĂ©occupe pas du gĂ©rant en indiquant quâils prenaient une chance. Le gĂ©rant rĂ©pond plus fort, hey jâai du temps et je nâaccepte pas, Ă mon tour de couper court, JE nâaccepte pas non plus une facture de 100$ pour 2 et dâavoir Ă manger mon dessert avec un couteau Ă beurre. Il nâen fallu pas plus, pour que les 2 couples tournent des talons et quittent. Le gĂ©rant aussi sâĂ©loigna.
Jâai gardĂ© le sourire pour la jeune serveuse, la rassurant, quâelle est trĂšs gentille, sauf que nous avons rĂ©ellement Ă©tĂ© nĂ©gligĂ©s. Elle nâa pas niĂ©e, sâest excusĂ©e sincĂšrement, jâai rĂ©glĂ© ma facture. Et voilĂ .
Conclusion, le gĂ©rant nâen est pas digne. Il ne tient quâĂ ses pourboires. Puis se fout des gens attablĂ©. Le minimum aurait Ă©tĂ© dâavoir lâaire au moins dĂ©solĂ©. Tout comme lâa fait...
