I don't even know where to begin.
After being seated it took us 30 minutes to be seen by a waitress and have our orders taken, next we were offered no drink menu only water.
To follow the waitress we did get was very short and rude to use, I'm assuming because we didn't speak French, because every other table we saw her at, she was all smiles for them. We order our food, my 3 small cannelloni were served in a SEA watery tomato sauce, and were so over cooked and tasted freezer burnt. My friends pasta was undercooked and the appetizer my other friend got was nothing like what the menu depicted. Pretty expensive for poor quality food.
The waitress brings us our bills. First person doesn't tip, (for the reasons listed above) she looks at it and slams the recipe infront of my friend.
2nd person pays, again, doesn't tip (again for reasons listed above.) And she snaps at us. "You know the tip isn't included on the bills right? You have to add it" in a very rude tone.
We all finish paying no one tips and she doesn't even say good bye, no have a nice night.
I have been a bartender/waitress for 3 years. Even if people don't tip, oh well, you still treat them with respect and you sure as he'll don't snap at them or make comments...
Read moreSlow service. Brought bread to the table, saw we were three and for some reason, did not leave the bread. Odd. There is no Greek salad on the lunch menu at all, only house salad. When I asked our server, I was told that they were only a waitress and did not know. Ok, the bread arrived. I suppose we will share. Steak haché - the gravy sauce was insanely salty. Had to return it. The grilled chicken brochette was tasty. Baked spaghetti was also ok. The salad was good, shame that a Greek salad is not on the menu at all with any meal. You can order a Greek salad separately for $13. The chocolate cake that came with lunch was inedible. Plain and simple. Coffee was good and fresh. Server was wearing flip flops 🤣 it is safe to say that I will not be visiting this Casa...
Read moreAfter one bad experience some time ago, i decided to give a second chance, sadly it was worst.
When i spend 200$ for meals for 3 people, i do expect quality, mostly from the cook.
When the cook isn't able to do a ceasar salad that taste like one and serve steaks so full of nerves that you have to fight to cut it, and the meat is very pale, not slightly appealing...i am not happy.
I do not know where they buy their meat, i never saw such bad quality in any grocery store.
Yes, service was awesome, but food quality was mediocre. No star to the chef. He knew what he was sending.
I will not give a...
