I placed an order through Skip the Dishes that got messed up and skip refused to refund me for their error. The owner of Mr. Puffs noticed that my order had been waiting for delivery for awhile and decided to call me about it. I explained what had happened and he decided to deliver my order himself. Beau petit resto, bondé quand j'y suis allée. L'attente pour recevoir notre commande était interminable. Serait-il possible d'avoir des couvercles pour les gobelets de café qui sont étanches svp? J'ai réalisé qu'il ne l'était pas seulement rendu chez moi et j'ai perdu la moitié de mon café en chemin. Ce n'est pas si terrible puisque quand j'ai pu y goûter, je ne l'ai pas aimé. Beaucoup trop corsé et amer pour moi. Je trouve les boîtes dans lesquelles on reçoit nos beignes pas très pratiques. Elles étaient toutes sales et si vous en prenez au sirop, elles vont toutes goûter pareil. J'y retournerai sûrement quand il y aura moins de clients. J'adore l'extérieur croustillant et l'intérieur moelleux. Nous y sommes retournés quelques fois, la cuisson des puffs n'est pas toujours la même et c'est dommage. Dans une boîte de 50, nous en avions des mal cuits, des parfaits et des durs comme de la roche......
