The bread is great, sandwiches are okay, would benefit from having some better quality meats, cheeses, etc

*Since I can’t seem to find a way to reply to the owner’s review, I’ll try to elaborate

Firstly, I didn’t dislike the sandwich, I gave you rating of 3/5 stars…that’s a positive review, 3/5 is good, 3/7 is not. I didn’t rate you 3/7 stars. In fact, I was even a repeat customer!

The bread, in my opinion, is the star of the sandwich, it’s a 6 star bread, if you believe that every part of your sandwich is the star, congratulations, then there’s nowhere to improve, you’ve reached sandwich nirvana, you’re perfect, and feedback is meaningless.

You might be starting with a nicely prepared piece of breaded chicken, but when it’s refrigerated for awhile after the preparation, and then gets zapped in a microwave to order, the quality of it does change. Now, I ordered it hot, but I also wasn’t aware that it was going the microwave route, because, generally I assume that places that prepare their own meats, as you do, don’t microwave to warm it back up. Still a good sandwich, and overall, a sandwich I enjoyed enough to give a positive-leaning review of, and come back to try another one, for me, just not a 5/5...

If you’ve ever had a Montreal Smoked Meat or a Pastrami Sandwich somewhere else in the world you will be woefully disappointed here. I didn’t get ‘veggies’ because Smoked Meat sandwiches are not traditionally served with lettuce and tomato.. but I suppose it’s a requirement to hide the pitiful serving of deli meat.

Atlantic Canada does a lot of things well, but apparently sandwiches are not one of them! The sign read ‘Best Sandwiches in Atlantic...
