Pink Sushi — Restaurant in Saint John

As always, the best and most affordable sushi in Saint John.

Their prices are unbelievable and the food is quality. Their new Korean menu is awesome, too — especially the gimbap and katsu!

Their lunch special is unbeatable at 10.99, a price that hasn’t changed since before the pandemic. Rolls are as cheap as 5.99, with a dynamite tempura roll at just 7.99. You can get entire sushi sets with 12 pieces of sushi and 8 pieces of maki dod $16.99.

You literally can’t get grocery store sushi for these prices, and this is an order of magnitude better and fresher, all while supporting a small business that has been an institution in uptown Saint John for longer than I can remember.

It was my very first time trying Pink Sushi and it will definitely not be my last. Service and price was as one would expect and the taste more than on par with what I would consider great sushi! Very polite and amicable but what really set them apart for me was the attention to detail. If you like sushi, you know that when you dine-in the rolls are typically neatly placed and nicely garnished. Since Pink Sushi doesn't have their own dining space (shared food court) they put as much attention to detail into the takeout orders as other restaurants would for dine-in customers. We recently dined at Pink Sushi in uptown Saint John, and I can’t recommend it enough! The service was absolutely fantastic—our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. The sushi itself was delicious, with a wonderful variety of fresh options that cater to all tastes.
