So as for the food and beverages themselves when made correctly are great. However that’s a huge gamble based on who’s working. The issue definitely doesn’t lye amongst the staff themselves but the lack of management. Some of the staff are very friendly and polite. There are a select few manager included that those words would not effectively describe. Today I asked to add butter and was told by their employee it’s already with butter . I informed her many times it’s not and employees are rushing and if she could just hit add butter and she told me no while giving me an eye roll . It’s unfortunate cause many employees are great . Read moreAlmost every morning I get breakfast there I end up with shells in my egg and it's so gross. The first time I thought was a fluke but it's literally every time I order anything with egg, so now I just avoid the eggs completely.
Aside from that, most of the staff are very friendly and some even remember you if you go often enough which is always nice. Some staff look like they hate their lives.. but that's expected anywhere fastfood, haha.
Overall, I enjoy this specific Tims. It's the only one that has NEVER messed up my coffee. Props to them for that! They just really need to work...
