17:30 on a Friday evening. Parking lot is empty, nobody at drive through... exterior garbage can at the door at full capacity. Walk in, one employee on her phone chatting, 3 others doing their best to look busy. Used the men's bathroom, filthy.. very much needing to be cleaned, looks to not have been cleaned properly for a long time. Go to order.... nobody at drive through, no customers inside .... I waited for 3-4min at the cash while the 4 employees looked busy, waiting to see who will take my order. All young kids, no good customer service skills, very unfortunate. On my way out the fancy hand free door openers did not work, and I would hate to be in a Wheel Chair because the access is almost slim to none. I am a truck driver, work with customers all day, and when people stop in at a Tim Hortons.... should be good honest service with a smile, in English / French. Bathrooms should be cleaning, and Garbages should be empty if they do not want customers to throw the garbage on the floor.

The woman who gave me the coffee through the window was in such a hurry that she almost threw the coffee out the window, the cup did not have the cardboard protector to hold it without burning herself, I grabbed the cup hurry up as the employee give me plus not hot cup protector as result the hot coffee fell on my leg, burning me.
2 suggestions in this case!!!! In the case of auto-service, the employee must take his time to serve especially HOT drinks and wear the cup with the cardboard protector so that it can be take out safely and avoid this type of accident.

Read moreOur three chicken sandwiches had mistakenly bacon in them!! We noticed after taking bites. I drove 10 minutes back to see why on earth there is bacon and get them exchanged. They admitted the mistake but Kim the supervisor was very rude and shouting, does not speak English at all, and did not accept to exchange them as they were eaten from!!! As muslims they made us eat bacon for the first time in our life without an apology and made me pay to get a good sandwich. Kim, the supervisor is unfit for the position in my opinion and if Tim Horton mangement truly care about they customers they must look closely into...
