Me and my boyfriend stopped by here on our way to the States, and unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst experience we’ve had.
We were made to wait 45 minutes to be seated, despite the restaurant not being busy and several tables clearly available. What made it worse was that another couple who arrived after us was seated within 5 minutes and they didn’t have a reservation either. We felt completely ignored and overlooked by the staff.
Once seated, we waited another full hour for our food. They only brought it out close to closing time, and by then, they had already started packing up and prepping to shut down making us feel rushed and unwelcome.
And when the food finally arrived, it was undercooked and lacked flavor.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience poor service, long wait times, and bad food. Definitely not...
Read moreOrdered a donair and a donair sub over the phone for pick up. We got a sub but the donair was a pizza. When asked if I could have a regular "handheld" donair. She said yes but you will have to pay for it.The woman at the counter showed me the names of the two different donairs on the menu. She admitted it was confusing. My son came in after us and ordered at the counter. He ordered a donair too. He got a pizza. This is poor customer service. The staff must get this often and should be trained to ask if we want a handheld sandwich or a pizza. Super disappointing. The food was just warm when we picked it up. The donair and pepperoni were mushy. It tasted okay. *update May 28,2025. Someone reached out from the store and asked me a question which I answered and then crickets. She expressed no interest in...

It undoubtedly adheres to the guidelines of the parent company, but there is much to be desired. The biggest concern is that the food is much overpriced, and a disappointment to what is advertised in the shiny fliers and brochures. A "Super Donair Pizza" is less than 5 inches in diameter and its regular price seems to be $12, although it is frequently on offer. Still, its arrival to the table is a bit of a shock the first time, even though it is tasty and attractive. The wait staff makes frequent mistakes of all kinds, but they are cheerful, if unprofessional. This doesn't inspire...
