Med Pizza Restaurant Livraison — Restaurant in Sainte-Adèle

Checked in at Mont Gabriel resort and spa and in Saint Adele Quebec J8B 1A5. They do not have Uber eats in this area so the manager walked us a paper menu like it was 1985 which was funny but we were cool with it. We called to place order in French. My friend speaks very good French he has grown up and based all French exams and speaks fluently and runs multiple business in Quebec and the women on Friday at 10 pm who answered the phone 11/29/2019 kept hanging up on us we at first thought the line was dropping so we called back on a landline and she again acted like she didn’t understand us and hung 4 times in a row. Obviously this business does want Anglo business or even bilingual business from Montreal. I have never experienced an American anything like this we always take orders in Spanish or English in our country and if we didn’t understand we would find somebody who did and how complicated it an all dressed pizza and coke a cola pizza and coke aren’t even French words. Racism and completely disrespect not even a polite just a hang up.we letbthe manager of hotel know how rude and nasty they were and they said they would not send them business anymore. Maybe their food just wasn't my cup of tea, but in my opinion the pizza at this place is horrendous. To start off, the pizza wasn't cut. There was no difference between thin crust and normal crust. There was no sauce on the pizza I ordered, and there was an insane amount of saltiness in one slice of "Mediterranean" pizza. My fries were so unbelievably oily and soggy that the bag was quite literally slippery. The "Grec" pizza was quite literally spinach covered in cheese. It was a greasy slice of cheese. Honestly at this point you could just grab grated cheese out of a bag and call it pizza. It's just disappointing. They try to compensate for fresh ingredients and well seasoned sauce by completely loading their pizza with cheese, olives and anything else that is salty. I can't talk about some of the other food on their menu because I haven't tried it yet, but I assure you one thing for sure, DO NOT order pizza here. I wouldn't trust this place for any other food either. If you crave decent pizza at a good price, just go to Domino's or one of the chain pizza stores. Med pizza's pizza is just horrible. Never...

I’m extremely disappointed with the food from this restaurant. We ordered nearly $100 of food from the restaurant for delivery. We received 2 chicken brochettes meals when we ordered 4, we were told rice would come with our order and received no rice, our souvlakis had very little chicken inside them and only loads of onions (after asking for none as I have a food allergy). On top of that the food along with the pizza was cold.

When we called to explain the situation to the restaurant staff, we were greeted with angry managers who argued with us and called us liars. They then hung up on us saying “if you’re not happy with our restaurant don’t order from us again”. This was the most horrible food experience of my life.
