Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sainte-Adèle

Horrible service. No joke I waited 55 mins for 2 medium ice Capps with espresso and 2 sandwiches. They had no espresso so she put cold brew instead. I asked her why she didn't put espresso and told me yes I did but its cold. B.S. as a former manger of Tim's for 9 years this is unacceptable. The service is horrible. After 55 mins they throw me 2 sandwiches no bag and everything full of grease. The ice Capps melted beyond drinkable. 1st and LAST time I will ever go to this location. Problem is you allow these owners to run multiple establishments and unfortunately the service and quality of everything suffers because they are not focusing on 1 good restaurant so they own 10 bad ones. Tell me Tim's, why ???? It's sad that Tim's in general has gone really down hill. Reason for why I left after 9 years. While I was there another Lady was waiting for food and drinks. They didn't have any drinks she wanted so they made her 2 hot ice coffees, she waited at least 35 mins and ended up leaving without her food because the wait was ridiculous, now...

I went here twice over the span of a week. I ordered on the kiosk in the store, which apparently doesn't give a receipt. Both times there was an issue with every item in my order, which was made more difficult due to the language barrier and not having a receipt to even confirm what I was supposed to receive. The kiosk allowed me to order a menu item drink they couldn't make (the first time they didn't have the ingredients. The second time, I ordered a different espresso drink and they didn't know how to make it. In both cases they eventually made something, but I suspect I overpaid), and the staff was not helpful in resolving my food order (they blamed me saying I had ordered the wrong thing, I offered to pay again to get the right thing and they told me to stand in the line that had formed behind me if I wanted to place a new order - we left with no food and no refund). Worst Tim Hortons experience - would not return...

I've only started visiting this location since last December when my wife wanted chicken soup and this was conveniently open.

I don't crave doughnuts very often and I don't drink coffee so I'm not really a "Timmy's" guy, but I do like their chicken soup and sandwiches. The sandwiches have MUCH improved since my last visit many years ago. I'm actually impressed with the quality and find myself picking up something for lunch and sometimes dinner. The service at this location is always quick, friendly and professional. The staff here seem to always try their best even if they don't get many orders from the app (so they tell me). Speaking of which, the app is brilliantly well-thought out and easy to use so kudos for that as well! Overall, I enjoy my meals here and don't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone...
