The place is really nice. I ordered toast with raspberry jam. The toast had no butter and had been toasted like a panini. It was hard to take a bite from it. The jam was fantastic. I took an Earl Gray tea. It was served in a tea pot with a cup and saucer, the cup was cracked. I went to the batista and explained the problem with the tea cup. She brought me another cup, but by the time she brought the cup, I had lost a third of my tea. She didn't offer to give me more tea either. My husband, on the other hand, has a cup of coffee that he said was really good, and his breakfast looked great. Toast, brie cheese, honey, fresh raspberry, and blue berries. With some pumpkin seeds and a bit more fruits sliced on the side of the plate. I had a little taste of it and it was really good. The honey was really good quality. Read more[2020 UPDATE] The new location is fantastic. Congrats to the team. Ste- Agathe really needed this. I'm still a regular, but I highly recommend they reevaluate the decision to have waited tables. It takes away from the cafe vibe and causes confusion, even for the staff. I think it would work even better, if they let customers order at the counter and seat themselves or give numbers on a stick to see where customers are seated. Finally, the coffee is excellent, but they can seriously benefit from some barista training. The Latte has heaps of foam and the consistency of a filter coffee, which is simply not a latte.
