PFK — Restaurant in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts

This was a frustrating experience. I purposely ordered using the KFC app to save time. When I arrived, there was no organization, drive-thru or pick-up counter for online or app orders so you have to wait your turn in line with everyone else even though you ordered half an hour earlier and everything is paid for.

When it was finally my turn, I explained to the cashier that I had a mobile order under my name. She went into the back (I assumed it was to retrieve my food) and returned with my paper order. Evidently, no one looks at the orders that come in until after the customer arrives to pick it up (contrary to what the app tells you).

It took about 10 minutes for the cashier and the cook to put everything together. Unfortunately, they made mistakes. One 3 piece meal was supposed to dark meat only (it was standard) and the other meal was supposed to be the Spicy Famous Chicken Sandwich but I ended up getting a Zinger sandwich (a very poor substitute).

The cashier seemed polite and professional, but this particular restaurant is disorganized. I think it's the only one in this area. Even still, I can't recommend it and I won't be returning. I just don't have...

I’m disappointed as I go here often because of the gravy. The cashier was literally bouncing everywhere because they didn’t plan out their staff well and basically made me forget things in my order and mixed me up. I was finally at the cash and she was bouncing everywhere saying “I’m listening tell me what you want” I really didn’t like her facial expression, she seemed to not care at all about her customers as she basically told a guy that it’s normal they made a mistake because he changed his mind ten million times and was laughing in his face. Very unprofessional even if it was the clients fault.

When I went up to ask her to change the potato salad for coselaw she looked at it and was like “are you stupid this is coselaw” I stayed there while she served the customers (and I waited in line to ask her to not disturb her) and she was like ok what do you want, I asked her for more napkins and a fork and she said “no I already gave them to you.”

Also since they didn’t have popcorn chicken they gave us chicken tenders but they weren’t cooked!

This girl needs to be fired pronto! Please manage your...

I do not recommend this place.. the parking is always empty because the service isn't good at all. Alot of confusing menu just like all the servers over there. All of the worker looks strange to be honest they look like they're on drugs or have some kind of mental problems. Always confusing the orders and missing items. The last time we were there around 3pm.. there was only one worker who do the cashier and served the food at the same time. The price are more expensive but the quantity isn't there. They don't respect the pieces of chicken you ordered, meaning they actually precut the 1 piece of chicken into 3 and count it as 3 pieces... so the pieces are very small and hardly any meat on it. Some chicken doesn't even come with a sauce nor side dishes.. its ridiculous. Stay away...
