Went to the drive through yesterday at 230pm and ordered 2 coffees, 2 crispy chicken wraps and some potato wedges. When we got to the window we were told they had no more crispy chicken, and it would be a 20 min wait. They offered to give us grilled chicken instead which was already available, and we said no problem because we were kind of in a rush. They asked us to pull over to the side to wait for the sandwiches and an employee walked out shortly after and gave us one single breakfast sandwich that we didnât order. We reminded him of our offer and he went back inside. We still waited 20 mins and nothing came out after.
We went back inside to ask for a refund because we really had to leave, and it seems they forgot about us. The employee who served us gave us attitude and seemed very flustered. He then proceeded to yell at the lady making the sandwiches to hurry up, waving his hands in the air and started helping her aggressively. He then gave us our wraps 10 mins later which is not what we ordered at all. It was half the size and missing all kinds of ingredients, and had the wrong sauce. We didnât bother complaining or waiting for the refund, we just took it and left because it probably would have been a long wait for the refund as well and we were running late. At this point, we had been waiting 40 mins. Other people inside were also complaining about the extended wait for their food & were getting frustrated.
Iâve never been to such an awful Tim Hortons in my life. No one seems to know what theyâre doing and they just donât train the employees properly at all before putting them on the floor. Will never...
   Read moreMay 9th, 2022. 7:45am. This whole team deserves a raise. There are only 4 workers - 3 in the Drive, 1 at Sandwich table - and they are doing spectacular. Despite being incredibly short staffed, every car gets through in record time, the line is flowing quickly smoothy. Their multitasking and efficiency is commendable. I went into the front of the store to avoid the line and still they served me in record time without hindering the Drive. Their time management is wonderful... but it shouldn't have to be!!! There is no excuse for them to be this short staffed. I can just imagine their Drive times if they had a full team (aka an actuall runner, and someone stationed in the Front, and maybe even a second person at window). I sat outside eating my breakfast for 15min watching them, and their average car got through in the required 25 seconds (or less), and none waited longer than a minute.
Just because they know what they're doing, doesn't mean it's okay for them to be working 2-3 positions at...
