Toujours Mikes — Restaurant in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts

I have been a fan of Mikes for over 30 years. I would never ever go to this restaurant in Ste. Agathe, ever again or ever recommend it to anyone. They are so disgusting and dirty that I found rocks in my submarine. I called the waitress over and she called a co-worker to view the rocks and it must happen often because they did not seem bothered by it. They offered me a replacement sub (I guess they wanted to make sure another tooth was cracked and my pain was throughout my jaw instead of just on one side). Rest assured that that sub ended up in the garbage, where it belonged). I communicated with head office and the manager to absolutely no resolution. The owner was so unprofessional that he sends an email to me which was meant for head office (confirmed to me from head office that that owner was stupid enough to send the email to me) disregarding my situation. In the end all I asked for was professional action and concerned enough to offer proper customer service. This restaurant, owner and Head Office are horrible at their jobs being so unprofessional horrible at customer service and are dirty and disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY MEAL including a bowl of water...

Very poor service. Waited over 3hrs for our food. Never got it. We called twice. First-time the older lady working the cash said the driver was on the way. We waited 30mins more then called again. She then stated there is no delivery service when it clearly says there is delivery. So we went to pick up the food, pulled in and there is in fact a deliver service. We saw the delivery cars. When we went in, this same lady greeted us. She then told us she would not give us our food and we were to pay another $40 if we wanted our pizza. (We already paid online) Super rude customer service, she lied to us, made us wait and then denied our order.

Coming from out of town this has put a bad taste in our mouths. (Pun intended)

She shouldn't be front line of a restaurant if she cant handle...

Food was great and service was very friendly and the food came quickly. We ordered an appetizer with calamari and popcorn shrimp and scallops. The mustard horseradish sauce was very tasty. We also ordered seafood pizza with linguine Alfredo. We also had linguine carbonara and I had the broccoli chicken Alfredo. Everything tasted great although my pasta lacked broccoli. But they were very gracious and gave me a side of broccoli which I promptly dumped into my pasta and then it looked much more like the picture. We only speak English and we have zero complaints about the service or food. The apple cobbler dessert was interesting with the oatmeal but it...
