McDonald's — Restaurant in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré

Pass at 17h15 at the drive thru no body else than me . order a big Mac trio meal changed my French fries for a poutine and 6 mcnuggets . order in French my first language . the girl could not understand cuz her mic was not working well could not understand her . ask her to change her battery or mic but did not happened. Then when I arrived 2 min after at the paying and service widows I waited until 17h25 for finally they ask me to move to the waiting area waited another 5 minutes. So it took 15 minutes to get my meal when nobody in line in front of me. Been in others mcdo with long lines up and takes less times waiting. And got no fork in my bag for my poutine. How do you expect someone to eat French fries with full of gravy on eat without a fork! I am very disappointed of my visit. And I m from château richer don't if I will go back there... With that...

Horrible experience! No welcoming approach from staff! The staff in the drive should be coach on how to say a minimum hi and have a good day. They did not provide invoice. I had to go change my trio, sandwich was dry. The responsible simply replied I’m sorry we don’t check every meal that is delivered?? And seemed complicated to have my invoice ! Clearly she has a lack of knowledge on customer service! Last thing kitchen does not seem clean at all. Next to the oil pan it was disgusting! Will not stop at this...

Dirty and poorly kept. We were served and the food was fine but the restaurant was a mess. Garbages overflowing, both ketchup dispensers were broken, dirty trays and garbage all over the restaurant. As well, someone had dropped a smoothy on the floor in the middle of the drink area and it stayed that way for the entire time we were at the restaurant which was about 30 minutes. A puddle of smoothy in the middle of the floor! This should never be allowed to happen. Sunday night or not, this should be cleaned up...
