Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sainte-Catherine

May 2023: Decreasing my stars again. Never imagined taste of a Pizza would vary so much based on who prepares it. I thought for chains like Dominos everything is standardized. For the past few times there is this new cook who works on Mondays and whenever he prepares my pizza I know even before tasting that it won't taste good. When I get lucky this guy doesn't work and the pizza tastes good. Last time I ordered it was a new cook again and OMG never imagined pizza could taste so bad. I usually substitute pizza sauce with garlic parmesan, this time not sure what happened, the parmesan smell was so strong that I couldn't eat it anymore and had to throw it away.

April 2022: Updating my stars from 1 to 4, either the cooks who I mentioned earlier left or I got lucky that they aren't making mine. It's been good since then. Still leaving my earlier 1 star review form my earlier experiences below

Dec 2021 I recently moved to South Shore from downtown and I should say the service here is the worst. I ordered a custom Veg pizza twice and both the times they got my order wrong. We ordered pizza last night with 1 cheesy bread and one stuffed chessy bread. The regular cheesy bread is suppose to come with a marinara sauce and I paid an extra 1$ to have marinara sauce with the stuffed cheesy bread as well. Unfortunately once we received the our delivery, there was NOT A SINGLE cup of marinara sauce in our boxes. Hi we ordered with Serveur 5567 I am not sure for her name as there was no badge but she is very rude . We ask her about what’s special for today , she told us give order online . She didn’t like to explain us. If we came to order pizza at store first so why I should order online. Why she is at counter if she can’t serve. She didn’t even tell her name.
