It was rlly nice, although there was a small issue with the website but the employees were very kind and patient about it. It was only a minor issue though. We came through the drive-thru using the online website. We had a similar order to someone's and got the wrong one. That took a little longer but it's okay nothing major.
Edit: Ok we got the food. They forgot all the toppings on our drinks and we paid 10$ for chicken and Parmesan on our pizza, and we got the normal plain. Also even the toppings that come with the drinks are gone. It seemed like they rushed a lot and forgot a bunch of stuff. Also it still took a long time. Sorry but not the best experience.
Edit: Also, I took a habeñero crispy chicken rap and it wasn't spicy with the other flavors. It's like if the habeñero sauce was only put at the end.
Edit: Also someone else with me ordered a Boston cream doughnut and they got another chocolat doughnut instead.
Edit: Also our fruity timbits had sprinkles and if some people don't like them then they don't know the difference between birthday and cherry or whatever fruit.
Edit: Ok another person with us went to go talk about what happened. They refunded us for ALL the things that were wrong in the order. It ended well it was just not a very pleasant trip.
Edit: Pretty much the website didn't send any details. So it's really just the website that needs some repair. But they were very kind about it.
Edit: Also even though it was missing some toppings and stuff, the food itself tasted amazing. Hand of applause for that 👍.

Read moreIncroyable !! Service pitoyable. Je comprends que nous sommes en manque de personnel partout, mais forcer vous à offrir un service à la clientèle qui a de l’allure. Nous avons attendu 20 minutes avant de passer notre commande au service au volant. Rendu à le fenêtre la caissière nous dit de répéter notre commande, car il sont tous mélangés. Pas de problème ça peut arriver, on répète la commande on spécifie SAUCISSE. C’est pas bacon ? NON SAUCISSE. Ok parfait je demande à la cuisine de mettre saucisse. Reçois notre commande, erreur de bagel, bagel froid pas de beurre ( j’ai demandé avec) l’autre sandwich avec bacon ?!!!
On rentre à l’intérieur, plein de gens attendent. La personne de la cuisine vient nous servir, je lui explique la situation elle me dit qu’il n’a pas d’erreur avec un air fâchée… je lui dis écoute c’est pas ce que j’ai demandé je veux tu me refait la commande.
Elle prend nos sandwichs sans gants avec ces mains qu’elle venait de servir un autre clients … je lui demande de mettre des gants…
La personne qui fait le sandwich refait le même sandwich avec BACON?! J’y dit c’est saucisse que j’ai demandé avec mayo !!!
Il enlève le bacon et met de la mayo, tellement que ça coulait partout !
Incroyable comment ce tim s’en va droit vers le néant.
Plusieurs personnes portent des bijoux,ongles, pas de gants ou ne changent pas leur gants lorsqu’ils touchent à la caisse et vont faire les sandwichs.
